Under normal customs clearance most of our packages are delivered within 7-21 days, with the majority arriving around 10 days. Shipping is faster to regions with convenient international transport, and may take longer for remote or less accessible areas.

If you purchased a packing video, it is usually posted 7-15 days after your order. As creating the video takes time, it will be posted after your package has been shipped.
