Hey, I’m Sydney, the founder of SydneyShe.
After graduating, I spent some time working with different fashion brands. I learned a lot, but I also began to notice something I couldn’t quite ignore: I didn’t always believe in the way the businesses around me were being built.
For a while, I thought the answer was to keep looking. I would lie awake at night wondering if I should move on again, hoping the next company might be the one where the ideas, the taste, and the way of seeing things finally felt right.
Then one day, something clicked. Why was I always looking for a world I wanted to belong to, when I could create one myself? So I had an idea.
To start SydneyShe.

The SydneyShe Standard
When I started SydneyShe, I knew I didn’t want our lucky scoops to feel random just for the sake of being random.
Every piece has to earn its place. I look for things that are beautiful, well-made, and genuinely useful — the kind of little finds you’ll actually want to keep around.
Every detail is considered with one question in mind: will this still feel special after the surprise wears off? That question guides everything we choose, from the colors and textures to the smallest thoughtful details.
We work with carefully selected makers and suppliers, and every item is checked by hand before it reaches you.
To me, the best part of a lucky scoop isn’t just not knowing what you’ll get. It’s opening it and realizing that even the surprise feels thoughtfully chosen.
